BlueStar Resort & Golf is an independent member of the Shea family of companies, a 125-year family-owned and operated institution built on generation after generation of Shea leadership.  As the operating division founded to support the vision of the Shea Homes network of communities, BlueStar Resort & Golf focuses its efforts on delivering the resort experience at not only Shea Homes communities, but any community that hopes to deliver its residents an exceptional home-ownership experience.

Furthermore, we are committed to taking our experience well outside the bounds of the Shea network, and working with any golf course owner interested in delivering consistent financial results, be that as a municipal facility, a golf course currently under receivership, or one that acts as a community centerpiece in a long-term project.
